One Love Jamaicaに出店する墨廼江酒造の紹介です。

この度石巻の老舗の日本酒を代々木公園試飲、
購入出来るチャンスです、とにかくうまいです。

東北きっての漁獲高を誇る港町として有名な“石巻”。
その北上川西岸地区には江戸時代、北上川の支流、墨廼江川が流れ、水の神様を祭った墨廼江神社があり、その縁を元に1845年墨廼江酒造は創業。
北上川の伏流水と宮城県酵母を駆使して、地元社員により“綺麗”で“柔らかく・気品” ある酒をテーマに丁寧な酒造りされています。

東日本大震災による被害の概要

3月11日の本震・津波と4月7日の余震により、蔵は大規模半壊、母屋は
全壊の認定。

内訳は本震と余震で建物の内壁・外壁・瓦屋根の損壊。
津波の浸水により蔵床と麹室の床の損壊と酒造設備【和釜・放冷機・ヤブタ
の搾り機・ポンプ類・ビン洗い機・ビン詰め機当】が多数使用不能。
仕込み予定の白米4.5ｔ廃棄。

清酒1.8Ｌ換算1000本破損。

車 ３台、フォークリフト１台廃車。

事務所、パソコン・コピー機等ＯＡ機器等の損壊。
ライフラインの途絶と施設設備の使用不能により清酒の製造休止を余議なく
された。

被害総額   １１８００万円。

 

コンテナの上に乗り全員助かりました。

今は想像も出来ませんが、道沿いに三層の津波が押し寄せる。
